We're hiring Part-Time Doorstep Trash Collection Specialists (Service Valets) to help keep apartment communities clean, safe, and welcoming.
PAY:
- $15/hour – Non-Truck Pay Rate.
- $17/hour – Truck Pay Rate.
- 10–15+ hours/week.
- DailyPay available.
CONSISTENT EVENING SCHEDULE:
- Typically Sunday–Thursday.
- Start times generally after 7:00 or 8:00 PM.
- SUNDAYS ARE MANDATORY.
- Perfect for a second job, supplemental income, or a schedule that fits around school or family.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Collect bagged trash and cardboard from residents' doorsteps.
- Transport waste to the on-site compactor.
- Walk apartment communities and climb stairs while staying active.
- Work at one or more nearby communities in the same local area.
- Use our mobile app to check in, track work, and take photos when needed.
- No long-distance driving, bulk item collection, or off-site dumping.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be 18+.
- Smartphone with data plan.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and follow a consistent routine.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance preferred.
- Open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Walk long distances and climb stairs.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Work around bagged trash and waste.
